Procura Partners with SecureCare to Offer Physician Portal with eSignature and SecureFAX Management System.

Towson, MD - Procura LLC has partnered with SecureCare Technologies, a leader in healthcare electronic document delivery solutions since 1999, to provide the new Procura Physician Portal with eSignature and the Procura SecureFAX Management System. The two new document delivery products will greatly reduce the time and money spent on document delivery by home care providers.

The Procura SecureFAX Management System saves end-users up to 95% of the administration time and up to 80% of the cost of manual faxing. The product eliminates the entire manual fax function and replaces it with an automated, streamlined and easy-to-use system that meets all HIPAA security protocols. It provides a complete log and audit trail for all fax documents and completely eliminates the manual paper processing of fax documents.

By decreasing 485, OASIS and PPS turn-around time, the Procura Physician Portal helps home health agencies improve office efficiencies and billing time, which improves cash flow. Integrated within Procura’s software, the Physician Portal allows HHAs to easily send and receive documents electronically to physicians. Each registered Physician is provided a digital certificate that allows them to electronically sign and securely return documents with the click of the mouse.
