The Illinois Department of Health Services (DHS) has named SecureCare’s Sfax cloud-based faxing product as one of only three approved providers to meet all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requirements. This approval assures physicians, hospitals, and medical facilities in the state that they can count on SecureCare to meet their regulatory needs in terms of EMS requirements.
