Richard Corlin, Chairman

Dr. Richard F. Corlin, Chairman of the Board and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Corlin has been a Director of SecureCare since September 2000. He is a gastroenterologist and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, a member of both the American Gastroenterology Association and the American Society of Internal Medicine, and he is a past President of the Southern California Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Dr. Corlin has been active in the American Medical Association for the past twenty years, with roles including President, Speaker of the House of Delegates, and Chair of the Council on Long Range Planning and Development.

From 1994 to 1998, Dr. Corlin was a member of the Advisory Committee to the Director of the National Institute of Health. Dr. Corlin served as President of the California Medical Association (CMA) from 1992 to 1993, as Vice Speaker and Speaker of the CMA House of Delegates for nine years, as a member of its Board of Trustees for twelve years as well as chairing numerous committees. Dr. Corlin is a graduate of Rutgers University, receiving his M.D. from Hahnemann Medical College. Following residency training at Hahnemann, Dr. Corlin served as a Lt. Commander in the United States Public Health Service, Heart Disease and Stroke Control Program from 1968 to 1970. He is also a member of several foundations.

Aleks is a Brit who has spent the past 15 years growing digital businesses and products across the globe. His passion, creativity and problem-solving abilities are enabling SecureCare to rapidly advance its products and services in healthcare and across a wide range of industry segments.

Aleks is not only the proud CEO of Securecare, but an equally proud husband and father of two boys aged 12 & 6.

Joseph Larter, Director

Joe Larter, Director

Mr Larter is the largest shareholder in Securecare . Based in the UK but with a home in Florida, he has led the funding of the company as it has evolved with over 40 UK investors. Mr Larter has had business interests in various parts of the world and has a 50 years experience of developing companies of his own, or supporting the management of others. In 1978 he founded Larter’s Estates a company constructing residential houses and holiday homes in East Anglia and Wales, which he subsequently sold. He is best known for creating the company Pleasureworld in the UK which owned one of the first theme parks there and a number of other tourist attractions. More recently he has interests in New Zealand, and in property and other developments in the UK. He is also a Trustee of the recently taken over Marina Theatre in Suffolk, England.
